Hi Steve.

Remote recording must be available on my account because whilst I was away
at Easter I did some recordings.
Does Angie set up any of the recordings because I'm wondering whether it
doesn't quite work with iPhone as opposed to Android.  Looking at scheduled
recordings, on Monday Emmerdale is there and Coronation Street is there for
eight-thirty and says (set to a record series) but it isn't there for
seven-thirty on the Monday.  How on earth can I solve this?   What would you
if it was happening to you?

Mandy.

Hi,

Nothing that I can see, my Corrie records every time without fail.

Ask Sky to make sure that remote record is available on your account,
or log in with your Sky ID and check it.

Hi All.

I am almost 100 per cent happy with Q now:  accessing recordings is so
quick, I can now access them in all the available ways but..... well
this is a little hard to explain so that I am understood.

So I want to record coronation Street on series link.
I go into TV guide, find ITV  and find Coronation Street.  Now the
only way I can find is  to go to the name of the programme, swipe once to
"more info
button iPhone" tap that and I find the two options    to record series or
record once  button.
Now this has worked for some programmes  but for the soaps, I seem to
have to go through and do it each day.
What am I doing wrong?

Mandy.
