Hello Catherine,

Open your address book in Outlook Express, choose your contact, and if there is more than one address associated with it, press the context menu key, I for action and T to choose the address. Now arrow up and down to highlight the address you want and press enter. The To: field will be filled in with the contact's name you have stored in your address book with the correct e-mail address.
