Eleanor, Using JFW, I had to use the Jaws cursor to read the information regarding the computer and windows version. Also, Damon, I am using 64bit Win7, all seems alright, both on my desktop and laptop computers. Did right click on Computer nd did find Manage but when I pressed Enter on that I did not find the information. I then got a bit concerned as there appeared lots of technical info there and I was afraid in case I would alter anything. Actually I really would appreciate information about the Manage windows. IF so, are you finding they work better and are more stable with jaws? It'll tell you on that screen. You can also see this by right clicking on Computer and clicking Manage.
