Hi Alexander,
I'm using Windows Live Mail and that method has always worked for me. I've not heard of a different format for email address's. Hopefully it will work but if not then someone will know of a different method.
Regards
Jim

Hi Jim,

I can't disagree with the advice you've given Carol  P, but I've found with
some e-mails, the suggestion you've given isn't possible, as for some reason
the address isn't in a format which the junk filters in outlook recognise.
BTW, I assume from the instructions you gave in your message you're using
outlook, am I correct?
