I can't disagree with the advice you've given Carol P, but I've found
with
some e-mails, the suggestion you've given isn't possible, as for some
reason
the address isn't in a format which the junk filters in outlook
recognise.
BTW, I assume from the instructions you gave in your message you're
using
outlook, am I correct?
