I can get into the menus, but it will not let me reformat the card as it
can't read it.
I think to be honest this card is for the bin, smiles.

Hi Sharon,
I was going to suggest you formatted the card but if your computer doesn't
recognise it, you can't do that either. Can you still get into the menus on
the stream even with the media error three? If you can, you could then
format the card on the stream itself. You'd lose all your stuff, of course,
but at least it would save the card.
