Hi Clive,
Even worse if you’re doing it with people watching but who say nothing. Thanks
for the audio.
Cheers,
Mike

Hi all,
On aBBC1 programme called A Matter Of Life And Debt this Thursday, they
included an article about a blind guy and his wife, based in Cornwall, who
have developed an audio-description gadget called RoomMate, designed to be
installed in public loos. This removes the need for V I people to wander
around the toilets feeling the walls in search of the washbasins or hand
dryers. Many of us blind blokes will know how gutty it is to search around in
this way, and find the urinal before the cubicle, and so on.
I’ve extracted the audio from the article and posted it on DropBox for you to
hear at:

Perhaps one way for them to promote this is to get V I people themselves to
demand its installation in places like train stations, libraries,
Restaurants, and even football stadia.
Best,
Clive
