I've just looked at this thread and it reminded me that, when my Apex
went that way, it was an issue with the boot driver, or something like
that. I know I had no option but to return it for a rather costly repair.
Sorry if I'm the bearer of bad news. I hope it's not and that you're up
and running, somehow, without having to send it back.
I know Rajumnd has given you appropriate advice so won't add to it further.
