Hi Ed:

I have found accessibility problems with the disabled person's railcard
website, and have reported them. I can't use that site very well, even though
I wanted to take advantage of online renewal. What I would suggest is that you
ask them for an email address to send a scanned copy of your BD8 or CVI to.
This should be possible, and if it isn't, complain like hell.

Subject: [access-uk] Renewing Disabled Persons Railcard

Hi all,

I’m in the process of renewing my disabled railcard.

According to both the website and confirmation email, I need to upload evidence
of eligibility. However, I can’t find a link to do so either in the email or
on the website. Does anyone know how you go about uploading eligibility?

Cheers,
