I have never uploaded eligibility because I did the first time and as I haven't
had a miracle that appeared to be still taking my blind registration as my
eligibility.

According to both the website and confirmation email, I need to upload
evidence of eligibility. However, I can’t find a link to do so either in the
email or on the website. Does anyone know how you go about uploading
