Hi Sam and Jackie
Jackie, that’s the exact reason I ordered it, for the simplicity of just
having one button and a series of commands. I have the sonata plus, *internet
radio with podcasts, newspapers, magazines and online feeds* plus heaps of
books, but this is very easy for someone to operate with the techy ability I
have. I have the Ipad mini which I operate in conjunction with my Brailenote
apex.
Jackie, out of interest, what flaws do you think it has? I am interested as I
have a 14 day cancellation period so need to know any potential pitfalls from
users/people who know.

Subject: [access-uk] RNIB in your pocket
Hi Everyone
I recently ordered the fantastic RNIB in your pocket as I’m a prolific reader.
I also loved the idea of having my favourite daily/Sunday newspapers available
each day.
It was going very well until yesterday when I asked to read my Sunday papers
and kept being told “there is nothing left in this paper” even after resetting
the paper as advised.
Again this morning no daily papers are available.
It reads papers from Friday, so I’m wondering if it’s just a techy glitch?
Anyone else got the RNIB in your pocket?
Books, magazines and weather info all fine.
Hoping for some advice
From Nicki
