Hi David

Ah thank you, that's fantastic that it's not just me.

I'll ring the helpline first thing tomorrow. Has this happened before? Is it
a regular thing?

Thanks again

Nicki

Hi Nicki

I have had no newspapers on my Pocket since before the weekend, so I imagine
this is common to all in your pocket users.

Hopefully, this will be corrected tomorrow.

David

Subject: [access-uk] RNIB in your pocket

Hi Everyone

I recently ordered the fantastic RNIB in your pocket as I'm a prolific
reader. I also loved the idea of having my favourite daily/Sunday newspapers
available each day.

It was going very well until yesterday when I asked to read my Sunday papers
and kept being told "there is nothing left in this paper" even after
resetting the paper as advised.

Again this morning no daily papers are available.

It reads papers from Friday, so I'm wondering if it's just a techy glitch?
Anyone else got the RNIB in your pocket?

Books, magazines and weather info all fine.

Hoping for some advice

From Nicki
