This raises an interesting question. Why does RNIB not have Skype or Zoom for
such situations?

Thanks John. I would be ringing from Italy so I thought it would be useful to
find out if UK users are having the same problems as me first.

Hi Robert I will take a look it sounds as if there is a problem at the rnib end.
Maybe a server problem.

Probably quickest to ring RNIB?

Subject: [access-uk] Talking newspapers

Dear list,

I have a subscription allowing me to download readings of magazines and
newspapers in mp3 format from the Rnib news agent. I’ve tried to download a
number of titles through my podcast programme recently but my username and
password is not recognised. I found a link to the same service on the News
Agent site but it didn’t work.

I assume from this that there is a problem with the web site but could find no
announcements on the Rnib site.

Is anyone else using the same service having the same problem?

Best wishes

Robert

Andrew,

I believe WebVisum is no longer working nor it is maintained unfortunately. I
hope someone knows otherwise though.

Cheers
Amro
