George, even though I’m arguing against my own interests here, the RNIB is
after all a national not international institute and I’m extremely grateful
they allow me to use their service for which there is nothing remotely similar
in Italy so far as I’m aware. I can arrange for calls to be free my end without
great difficulty. I was just trying to find out whether UK users were having
the same problems as me.
Anyway, I’ve just tried again and the site seems to be working now as normal.

I have a subscription allowing me to download readings of magazines and
newspapers in mp3 format from the Rnib news agent. I’ve tried to download a
number of titles through my podcast programme recently but my username and
password is not recognised. I found a link to the same service on the News
Agent site but it didn’t work.
I assume from this that there is a problem with the web site but could find no
announcements on the Rnib site.
Is anyone else using the same service having the same problem?

I believe WebVisum is no longer working nor it is maintained unfortunately. I
hope someone knows otherwise though.
