Hi,
I have been dithering over which version of office to buy since I got my new
computer. I thought I would get office 2019 or 2016 as I didn’t want to move
onto the subscription model but as I need my children to use it as well I am
thinking I have to bite the bullet and get Microsoft 365 as 2019 only seems to
be for one user and one device which is so limited! This makes sense doesn’t it?
I have some other questions
1. Is it fine to buy office from amazon.co.uk or is it easier and more
accessible to buy it from Microsoft itself?
2. Do all the users have to have Microsoft accounts or just the account holder
and some of the others can have local accounts?
3. How do I install office for a different user? Do I sign in with my
credentials, install it, sign out and when they sign in with their credentials
the office will still be available?
4. Is it okay and secure to upload any document
To your personal volt on the cloud even a document with passwords or financial
information, or is it best not to do that?
5. Would other users in the family be able to access these documents?
