Thank you for all assistance.

I tried the hard reset. Hope it works.

Kind regards

Hi,

Have you tried resetting the unit? Link below explains how to achieve this:

Subject: [access-uk] Question about the second Generation Victor Reader
Stream

Good evening All

I just recently got a second Generation Victor Reader Stream.

But I seem to be having a problem, every so often when I turn it on, it
doesn't seem to connect and then it turns off again. I sometimes have to
restart a few times before it stays on. And furthermore, when I'm listening
to things or browsing through things, it just turns off.

So my question is whether anyone has had this happen to them and if there's
a solution or could my unit be faulty or is a Wifi connection that isn't
working well causing the problem?

Thank you for any assistance

Kind regards

Chantal
