The hot key to hit 'Yes' is alt y.  If that doesn't work, then it does sound
like it's greyed out.  To stop it happening requires you to set the security
level to zero for installing new programmes, but I can't remember off the
top of my head how to do that.  Google will help you there, I'm sure.  The
only problem is that malicious programmes will then have carte blanch to
install.

permissions to install. The annoying thing is, it does not give her the yes
