[access-uk] Providing service reports

Hi  All
I  sent  Braille note  for repairs.
When it came back the service  report was in  print only.

So I asked  why not Braille  hardcopy or even email.

I receive this reply.

"We only supply a print copy of the repair report we have tried in the
past to Braille from our repair database but it is not possible."
