Hi Derek

I am really pleased you have got the information in a format you can access,
even if it isn't Braille. That is as diplomatic as I can be, (smile).

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns

Hi Jackie
While I have now got the report in an email, I feel I should not have had
to argue for it.
I feel that it should be assumed, than most users of Braille note Are
blind, and that most of them read Braille, not print.

So I feel hardcopy Braille report should Be produced automatically, and
if this was Not possible, then email should be the second option.

Regasrds, Derek
