Without knowing what the actual error is, it’s a bit difficult to say exactly.
From doing some research on Google this is a common problem. I found something
which looks quite promising at the following address:

Subject: [access-uk] Problems installing IE11
Hi,
I have tried several times to install IE11 as it is one of my important windows
updates. I have however been unsuccessful with the installation.
I receive codes saying different things like my pc may be unstable, which to my
knowledge it is not. I’ve run scans and nothing has come up saying there is a
problem.
I’m running windows 7 home premium 64 bit, Jaws 15, and therefore wonder if
anyone can help.
