Sam, could it be that your emails are trapped by the Hotmail junk mail
filters? Or maybe your friend added your address to the black list by
accident? See if your friend can double check his blocked list or add your
address to the white list and see if that sort it out.

When I try to send an email from my blueyonder account to a friend who uses
hotmail.com it doesn't seem to get there is there anything he should check
settings wise
