Hi Edward

Many thanks for your response.

Yes! I think you may be correct and I'll have to use my IPod touch to play
an enhanced download.

Best wishes

Henry

Hi Henry,

I have downloaded this book from Audible and haven't had a problem with it.
However, I downloaded the enhanced version which I realise may not help you
overly much if your player of choice doesn't support it.

Cheers,

Ed

Hi Everyone

I would be very grateful if someone could offer some advice or explanation
on the following:

I have been downloading books successfully from <http://Audible.co.uk>
Audible.co.uk for several months onto an Sd card. A few weeks ago I
downloaded "the Cuckoo Calling" by Robert Galbraith. Unfortunately, the
second part of this book was corrupted with squelching sounds etc. I spoke
to Audible and they suggested changing to the enhance format-which of course
does not work with my PTN2 player. After several attempts downloading
Audible refunded my credit. I chose another book which downloaded
successfully in two parts. I purchased "the Cuckoo Calling" yesterday and
experienced the same problem yet again. I can hear the corrupted part two
of the download via my laptop, although the sound volume is very low. Has
anyone had a similar problem with this particular book?

Please can someone advise?

Best wishes

Henry
