Have you maximised the screen?
Also try a Screen Refresh as a last resort with Insert+Escape.
Failing this, how about creating your address book in Excel and pasting this
into your document?

Decide, in advance, how many columns you are going to need and use Insert Table.

Hi all, I hope someone can help me out on this. I am trying to create an
address book to do with the work I do. When I press Alt then arrow across
the ribbon to the insert tab I cannot find where the create Colum field
is. So please could someone tell me how and where to find this please. I’m
using Jaws 16 with windows 8.1 Many thanks in advance for any help regarding
