Hi Andy,

In addition to what David suggested:
If you want to add or remove columns or rows in a table do the following.

1 To add a column press the Applications key.
2 Go down to insert, press Enter and choose from inserting columns or rows.
3 If you want to delete a row in the table, move down to that row.
4 press the applications key and go down to delete cells and press Enter.
Arrow down once to delete the row and arrow down again to delete the column you
are in.

Remember if you delete the wrong row or column use Ctrl+Z to undo.

Andy,

Decide, in advance, how many columns you are going to need and use Insert
Table.
