Andy,

You may have made changes to your security settings on Internet
Explorer, or even your firewall or something. If in doubt, try again
with Default settings.

cookies?

Carol -

I had this problem last time I placed an order, but when I called them
about
it, they finished the order off over the phone, and then I forgot about
it
until today, and I encountered the problem again on another site,
decided to
go on to the Tesco site and see if the problem was still there too, and
it
was and is!

I didn't get as far as you did, when you had a problem with them, I
couldn't
get on to the security page to enter my card details etc. I'm pretty
sure I
need to change something on my computer, but don't know what that might
be;
I've deleted temporary cookies and temporary files, but that has made no

difference, and I don't know what else to do - I've called Tesco again,
but
all their lines are busy!! So, having not deliberately made any changes
on
this machine, I'm stuck to know how this problem of not being able to
complete purchases, has occurred, and how to cure it!

So to all, again I ask, has anybody had a problem where they have an
account
set up with a website, all seems to work well, and then suddenly one
day,
the 'check out' button won't take you to the security page?

Andy
