Hi Barbra. May I ask, is this a one time fixing service or are you buying something you can use for the lifetime of the product? I am aware of a few products that fix errors for a one off as that's what most people want. They are cheaper than buying a regular software suite. ----- Original Message ----- From: Barbara Wilson To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, February 16, 2009 9:03 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: PC getting better! Hi Michael Here is the direct link to the download page. http://www.zaperrors.com/?t202id=911719&t202kw=system%20restore&gclid=CNzRgNHl35gCFQulQwodQCgLdg The unregistered free version will only remove a handful of errors, so if you want to do a proper scan you will need to then purchase the registered version. Maybe it is just a coincidence, but so far I count it worth the money. If you are using JAWS you will need some sighted help to enter the edit field for entering the license number once you have made your purchase. Apart from that it can all be done by the use of the JAWS Cursor and the mouse button. Hi All If anyone has been following my ramblings about a poorly computer, then you will be glad to know I have somehow fixed some of the problems with no need to reinstall Windows. At least none of the problems have presented themselves today and a whole day without any issues is a plus. I searched for the problem on Google and downloaded a free program. I then had to pay a small charge for the registration and after running this my shutdown and program not responding issues seem to have disappeared. It found and fixed 1731 problems on the hard drive! Before this however I was noticing that my CD/DVD drive had stopped showing up in My Computer, even with a disc inserted. This started yesterday, so has nothing to do with this latest download and repair. Anyone any ideas why this has happened and is there anything I can do about it? Barbara
