Hi David,

OK, this looks to be quite simple once you get into it.

1. go to your address book
2. press Alt F for files and once in there go to new group
3. entre on this
4. you now have a dialogue box, firstly add the group name that you will use 
to send messages to this group.
5. now either choose the names you want to add from your address book by 
pressing the appropriate button you will find there, or add them manually.
