Hi Ian and Jim, You know, Ian, I hadn't realised you could now do that with Outlook Express messages as in earlier versions there were only a few options. All this time I have done it the rather "long and dirty" way, which is why I didn't really want to offer a solution right off when asked. I did try it out tonight though and discovered something I'd like to mention and that was that the folder I imported was not stored in its original location (under the In-box) but rather on a level with the In-Box. I think, in future, I'll try creating the folder first and see what happens as I like my folders where I want them and not where the "big boys" in Microsoft think they should be. Other than that, the import did work. Jim, you do have to be a bit nifty with locating where you've stored those .DBX folders and, if you're not experienced in working your way back up from Microsoft's idea of a location to somewhere you've put them then you may find it a little tricky, but there are plenty of people who can help with that one, I'd think, including myself.
