Many thanks, George. I use Outlook 2003 on my work PC. In the Out-of-office tool there is a button to add rules and filters. In fact from work I only subscribe to the Window-eyes list and so have added that one. I have, though, yet to try it out. I'll let you know how it goes in a week's time when I will be taking a day off. I would love to be able to use mine a lot more since there are times when I do want my clients to know why I'm not able to reply to them by return. However, all I can do at present is keep requesting the feature from Microsoft's Outlook and Exchange Server teams. George.
