Hi Will
We spoke about this at Sight Village, and it is something we are looking at. No
promises at this stage, but what really helps is customer feedback. We have a
very effective system of capturing and responding to customer feedback.
Anecdotal evidence just doesn't cut it when you're making a business case where
the first questions asked are how much, how many customers etc. So, I would
urge people to ring the Helpline.

We expect the Braille Sense 18 to be available in the UK early September. The
price will be £2995 ex VAT and comes with a years talking newspaper and talking
book subscription, whether you buy from us, or our distributors; Computer Room
Services and Force 10.

Thanks
Alison

it
