[access-uk] One of the most ridiculous access issues I've ever seen.

Hi, I was just browsing around the web, when I found The Blind and VI Web Ring,
a web ring for websites by, for, or about blind or visually impaired people.
So, I tried to sign up, and guess what? They have a capcha system, and even
worse, a site for blind people doesn't have an audio alternative. Is it just
me, or is that, for a lack of a better word, kind of stupid?
