[access-uk] One More Computer Problem.

This concerns a different computer which is totally messed up and I want to
remove everything on there but cannot reformat as we don't appear to have the
correct software.
I am certain in the past someone on this list mentioned a programme that will
remove everything on the PC would this take it back to factory settings and if
so what is it please?
