It's only a guess, Mandy, but could it be that when you
installed it, you selected "Typical" install, as opposed to
a "Complete" install?

Hi again.
I looked at my old desktop computer and if I save in Word it
does have HTML after the various options - would the fact
that it only seems to come up occasionally on my laptop be
because I bought the version of Office 2003 from EBay and it
isn't a genuine Microsoft one? If I knew this to be a fact
perhaps I would spend on a genuine copy but don't want to do
this on the off.
Failing this: any settings I can alter?
