[access-uk] OVERDRIVE MEMBERSHIP

Due to heavy work commitments I've not been able to take advantage of my
month's trial of the new Overdrive system. However, I would also have expected
to be informed by now as to whether or not my membership will extend beyond the
month or not. In other words, when will TB members be told that LAs have
agreed to switch funding to Overdrive?
