Hi Carol,

I cannot speak for how accessible this is, but it works for
me.

It puts an extra Tab in Outlook's Options menu called
"Attachment Security and Options" which lets you select
specific file extensions you wish to allow.  Use with
caution, and of course the golden rule being not to open
anything unless you are 110% sure it is safe.

comes from and is around 1.4 megs of a download.
