Thanks for the help fellas, happy to report its now fixed. I'll just have to be more careful in future.I did get mouse help last night to deactivate mute, which is what I'd managed to unwittingly activate in the first place.With a little more time on my hands this morning though I went back in for a closer look, and was able to track down more options using the advice given by the Beeb on the site for screen reader users. Although I'd have to be honest and say that the method they suggest, in my experience, is a bit flaky at best! I muted the first session, exited the iPlayer, and opened it again, and still there was silence.
