[access-uk] Netgem stb with LG800 vcr and Cobolt remote

Hi listers,
I'm having problems getting the LG LV800 vcr to pick up the Netgem when
using the Cobolt talking remote; It would seem that the vcr doesn't switch
into AV mode from the power-off condition which the Cobolt remote requires
for recording.
