Hi Iain,

I think there's a clean tool for removing Nero which you can download from
the Support area of the Nero website.
www.nero.com

Subject: [access-uk] Nero Problem

Hi
Not strictly an access problem but here it is. I had to uninstall Nero 7 and
the uninstall appeared to be successful. However, there is still an entry in
the Add/Remove programs list. Remove Programs does not let me get rid of
this entry and while it is still there I cannot reinstall Nero 7. How do I
get rid of this entry?
Iain
