Personally I find with latest jaws, it's easier to use online banking with natwest as the forms mode dumps you where you need to be in the pin section of the step two security. If you want to know where you are , just get out of forms mode. -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Justine Fallis Sent: 17 May 2008 10:05 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Natwest Online Banking I'm using the very latest version of JAWS with a laptop. For some reason, when I use online banking on the Natwest site now, if I'm in forms mode doing something like entering my customer number, when I press enter to take me to the next screen, I am still in forms mode, and can't actually tell where I am on the site without tabbing through all the links and hitting enter on the "skip to main content" link, then I'm taken to where I need to be. Any thoughts on why this might be? I don't think Natwest have changed their site and this has only started happening since installing the latest version of JAWS. It happens on both my work and home PC, though at home I'm using a laptop and at work a desktop.
