Hello Steve,

Actually, when I received the phone there were no contacts or any messages.
Also, when I first powered it up it asked for our wireless connection and
installed updates. Everything was as per a new phone, Talks was set as it had
just been installed and all the phone's menus and settings were default
values. I was then getting just about two days running time before charging
the battery. I wouldn't think the folks at TalkNav would send out a phone
with private data on it. I know it isn't the battery as I bought a new one
and the same thing happens. Maybe a call to TalkNav is the best solution.

Best wishes,

Clive Pallett
