Hi Mandy.

You may have already done this but in case you haven't, this is how you bring back a purchased song that you may have lost or inadvertently deleted:

1.  Start iTunes
2.  Tab to the Store radio button and press spacebar
3.  Tab or shift tab until you are in the iTunes store page
4.  Locate the Purchased link at the bottom of the page and press enter
5. When the purchased page has loaded fully, set the combo box to "Not in my library"
6.  You should now be able to browse the results and locate the song
7. When you have found it, press enter on that song to activate it and you should see either an Unhide button or a download button, either of these should bring your song back

Regards.

Kevin

Subject: [access-uk] Music disappearing from Itunes

Hi, I don't know if this has happened to anyone but I bought a track from
Itunes a couple of years ago. When I checked my purchased items the song was
not there anymore but when I checked on Itunes the song was still available
but it didn't say play when I found the song which it normally does when
you've purchased the song. How do I get the song back, do I have to contact
them but of course I have no proof that I have purchased the song and I
think it's a cheek if I have to purchase it again. All my other purchased
music is there, very strange. Mandy
