Here’s a thought. Could it be that Firefox is in full screen mode? Press F11 to
exit full screen and you should be able to use the Alt key as normal to access
the menu bar.

I’ve had to install Firefox as my second browser but find it has no tool bar.
the only detail it gives is the home page address which is not what I want and
a search box. There are some symbols but no details as to what they are. How do
I get a tool bar to give me access to the various menu options please.
