Andrew, Think this depends on which laptop you're using.

Subject: [access-uk] Mouse pad on a laptop

Hi,

Does anyone know how to disable the mouse pad on a laptop? I have had
several instances where I have touched the pad accidentally with my thumb or
finger and activated an application I didn't mean to. I know I have done
this with a previous laptop but can't remember how. I am running Windows 7
64 bit.

Many thanks,

Andrew
