Justine,

If you have deleted the folder, rather than the file, then you must re- create the m folder via windows explorer and Milestone will read it out provided the folder is between m1 and m5. Good luck,

Ray

Hi Ray

Cheers for that but on the milestone itself, instead of the folder 2 being spoken I have the sound that I inadvertently recorded despite deleting the folder with .nam when connected to my PC.

Any thoughts?

Justine,
Connect milestone to your PC and delete the file ending in dot nam in that folder. You will then hear the folder number spoken as it was.

Ray

Hi all

I recently bought a Milestone from a friend and I've managed to inadvertently record myself talking over one of the pre-recorded folder numbers if that makes sense. Is there any way of reinstating the original spoken folder number at all?

Cheers
