[access-uk] Microsoft 2010 query

Hi all

I have a new pc and am coming to terms with Windows 7 and the latest version
of MS Outlook, that is 2010.  The one setting I cannot find is how to change
the interval between Microsoft outlook looks for new messages.

Everything else is quite straightforward, but I cannot find this setting at
all.

Any help would be appreciated.
