Hi Kevin, I'm an NVDA user as well, but to take care of this sort of
eventuality I've also installed a jaws demo.

Hi. You'll need your jaws cursor. Go to the tabs at the top and find
settings. Click on it. You'll then get another lot of tabs. Choose
updater. There are two check boxes to uncheck, one for download update
when available, and one for notify when an update is available. Once
you've unchecked them you're done.

Let me know if you have any problem getting it. Some people
sometimes
have a problem with dropbox links. Hopefully it'll download withut a
problem. Let me know when you've got it.
John.

Hi John,
I thought it was Muzz but couldn't remember. Do you know the
URL of
the site where I can download the 1.75 ver of Malware Bytes
please.
My subscription has just been automatically renewed and if I can't
download the older version then I'm going to cancel Malware.
Jim

Jim, it was Muzz that said he found version 2 accessible. All
other posts I've seen from people who've tried it have said
they
found it inaccessible, as have I. I'm running 1.75, which is
fully accessible.
John.

Hi Lists,
Apologies for cross posting but I need more than one
view on
this matter.
A few months ago on one of these lists, I can't
remember who
said so but somebody stated that ver 2 of Malware Bytes
was
accessible with a screen reader so I upgraded at that
time.
Well, I am finding it impossible to use the latest
version.
Is anyone using the latest version of MWB successfully
with
JAWS 15.
Alternatively, can someone provide me with the link to
download a workable version and tell me what steps to take
to prevent that version from upgrading.
Cheers.
Jim Williams
