Hi Stewart
I did find online, some instructions about changing the file you
mention. I was hopeing I didn't have to do anything quite so complex.
So, I'll go back and read the step by step guide. Funny thing is that a
few months ago it was all fine and it did display one page at a time.
Thanks for your thoughts.

Hi Andrew,
I suspect this will be a setting saved in the normal.dot/dotx file. The
location of that file varies depending on the version of Word you have and
which version of Windows as well.
You would need to open the file once in Word to be able to make changes to it.
Hope the above helps.
Kind regards,
Stewart.

Subject: [access-uk] MS Word
Hi all
When I open an existing MS Word document I move down the file and it jumps
from page 1 directly to page 3. I go in to VIEW mode and change the setting
to display just one page and this solves the problem and I can get to page 2.
However, I don't know how to ensure that all MS Word files open like this,
with out reverting to the process of having to change the setting each time I
open a document. Any help about how to make the change permanent, please?
Andrew
