Hi George.

You probably read a post to say I'd sorted it ... but thanks, as always. As ever, I appreciate your input.

Hi Carol,

You'll find this setting in Styles. Go to the Format
Menu, and select Styles and Formatting. F6 will take you
from the document to the Styles list. Arrow down to the
Style you wish to modify - let's say for now it's Heading
1. Right click on it, and select Modify. Tab down to a
list Box called "Style for Following Paragraph" and make
you choice.

George.

Subject: [access-uk] MS WORD 2003 FORMATTING

Hi all,

I'm having real trouble with the formatting of a document
in MS Word as the
format just wants to follow the previous paragraph.

I'm sure I recall a setting in earlier versions of Word
where you could
choose whether or not to follow paragraph formatting but
I can't find it
here ...

Help would be much appreciated and I hope someone knows
what I mean! <Smiles>
