hi darran.

here's what i did to get it to work. i logged in to my account and clicked on latest bill. then, options are displayed as you say to export to excel, convert to PDF, and print. when pressing enter, jaws did not click the links. i then tried using the jaws curser and clicking on the print link. that works. a heading comes up right at the bottom of the page, and gives you the option to print either a bill summary or the entire bill. you can also tell them to send you the bills printed out in the post, they may charge you extra though. do you know how to use the jaws curser? if not, let me know what kind of keyboard you have and i'll do my best to instruct you step by step.

all the best,

Mo.

Mo, I should also say that clicking on the convert to PDF and send to excel options also brought about no activity.

Sure Mo, here's where I'm at.
I log-in, bring up the specific area of the bill we're
interested in, and I then use the JAWS insert key plus F7 to
bring up the list of links. I then hit p until print is
selected. From here I enter on that link and nothing happens!
JAWS repeats the word "print" and that's it.
I've checked to make sure there's not more than one print link
on the page, and there's not.
I also remember there used to be a checkbox that needed to be
check before printing would begin, but I can no longer find
that or even remember why I had to do it!

            Customers

            hi darran.

i'm with talk talk. when you say nothing happens, could
you be a little more specific? what steps are you going
through to print the bill? could you perhaps export as
PDF, then open it in adobe and print from there? i haven't
printed my bill directly as yet as i haven't needed to but
            we could compare notes?

            all the best,

            Mo.

            Hi List.
I'm trying to print out a copy of my Mum's phone bill
from the Talk Talk website, and I used to be able to do
this without any problems, however, tonight no matter how
I try to ask for a Print out nothing happens.
Are there any Talk Talk customers who use the site for
bill printouts that may be able to offer some advice?
I'm using IE 10 and have tried with JAWS 14 and NVDA, in
            case any of that's relevant!
            Many thanks.
