Hi have you tried checking out 999 just in case it tell you what number channel

I have audio description enabled on Sky, so when I flick through channels it
bleeps if I land on a channel with audio description, and to be fair the
numbers increase as time goes by.
But the other day I wanted to see David Attenborough’s Dynasty programme about
the Emperror Penguin and I missed a huge chunk of the programme as I zapped
through the channels trying to find BBC1 with audio description. I think it is
time I made a list of my favourite channels.

Hi Alison, I think you have to go into the menu on your sky box and switch
audio description on and then when it is available it will play. there used to
be a channel for bbc1 audio description but I can’t remember what it was. as it
is such a long time since I had a sky box but I am sure others will point you
in the right direction. sorry if this is rubbish. Janet
